
I am approaching my 45 th birthday this next week, and the one year anniversary of my mother's death. I don't care about getting a year older because I feel that due to my clean eating and fitness regeme, that I olok as good as when I was in my 20's. The anniversary of my mother's death is more of an issue for me. I miss her as much today as ever, and am not sure when that will subside. I try to look back on all the positive qualities she taught me about being a great spouse, mother and friend. She was truly a lady! I will approach the anniversary with as much dignity as she showed every day.
