Yesterday I wrote about liposuction and the hope that it would solve all your weight problems. In my own experience it won't and it doesn't. I told you I would write about the actual experience today...
When I got liposuction I was in my fourth year of college. We had scheduled the surgery for Christmas break. My school didn't start back until a few weeks into the new year. That left a month of recovery time for me - which trust, me, I needed all of it. For the full four weeks I was on almost complete bed rest. I have to rate that as one of the most painful experiences of my life. There were small incisions on the inside of my thighs, inside my bellybutton, and my hip area. For the first few months I wore latex clothes under my clothes to keep the skin tight. For about six months I wore a velcro corset to keep my stomach skin tight. Unfortunately the corset was very clear even under the most baggiest of clothes. The worst was the amount of pain it took to go to the bathroom or even shower. The first week or two it hurt just to have water on me. My Mom actually had to get in the shower with me and clean me off. I was in pain whether I was sitting, standing, or lying down. Are you wondering if it worked at all in the end? Find out tomorrow...

3/4 cup of diced southwestern hashbrowns and 2 egg whites
Banana
1 cup fat-free organic milk

1 slice of turkey bacon, broccoli, and 1/4 cup couscous with spray butter and a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese
Fat-free yogurt

DINED OUT AT AN INDIAN RESTAURANT (Indian is probably one of my only weaknesses; which I know sounds strange to some of you)
I made sure to order the Saag Paneer (spinach with homemade cheese cubes) with little cream and no oil or butter
I had approximately 1 cup with about 3/4 cup rice and 1/2 piece of Naan (THIN Indian bread)
Salad (romaine, tomatoes) Fat-free ranch
Snack -
I considered the Naan my snack since I had two starches for dinner (Naan and rice)
